ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your AY items as much as we do! But if you need to do a return we totally get it. You can email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase for return authorization. You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and we will issue your refund after we receive the returned item (unwashed, unworn, with the tags still attached). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The return must be postmarked within 14 days of your original purchase. We will issue a refund back to your credit card / form of payment. We will issue the refund within 2 days of receiving the item back in store, and could take up to 5 days for credit to post to your account. In store purchases will not be accepted by return mail. If we receive the item and it is not in same condition as we shipped it, no refund will be issued. Sale items are all sales final, and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you would prefer to drop off your online return at the store, you may do that. The return will be processed within 2 business days. We are unable to exchange on-line purchases for in-store purchases.
